
Make production planning and stock management arrangements so that production results and shipping needs are achieved according to the specified target.
The Role:
Responsible for making sales plans or forecasting
Responsible for making production planning needed for buffer stock and shipping needs
Responsible for the availability of calculations for packaging material and raw material needs from gradual planning with a time span of up to 3 months in advance according to existing sales forecasting information
Recap and coordination of First Production for the release approval needs for the start of a new product (if any) with the production party and related departments
Responsible for coordinating well with related departments (Marketing/QC/RND/Production/Purchasing) for the smooth running of the correct operational process according to ISO 9001:2018, ISO 14001:2018
Review and score the results of planning achievements from the production side
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Management with minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
Fresh graduate up to 2 years of experience working as Staff PPIC in a FMCG industry
Able to operate Microsoft (Excel, Word, PPT) especially proficient in operating Ms. Excel, and SAP/ERP
Good analytical thinking, creative, loyal
Willing to follow the recruitment process and be placed in Cakung, East Jakarta
Working Day/Hours: 6 Days - (Mon-Fri: 08.00AM - 4.00PM) (Sat: 8.00AM - 1.00PM)
