
Responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of workforce needs in the company with the right candidates through the implementation of the recruitment process, tests, along with administrative processes related to recruitment.
The Role:
- Fulfilling the need for manpower in accordance with the manpower requirement plan
- Carry out the CV selection process, interviews, tests and employee recruitment processes
- Maximizing the candidate database through various methods such as Job fairs, Campus hiring, Media Job postings, external collaboration and others
- Carry out administrative processes related to recruitment (recruitment reports, candidate data, administration and documentation of documents related to recruitment)
- Support improvement and system in Recruitment
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) - Psychology from a Reputable University with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Minimum 3 years experience as Recruiter (from FMCG industry or Head Hunter company is a plus)
- Familiar with test recruitment tools
- Have ability in Ms Office (Ms Word, Excel, Power point)
- Have good personality and work attitude, able to communicate well, and have integrity
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Willing to take part in the Recruitment and Work Placement process in Cakung, East Jakarta
