Responsible for employee competency development to support achievement of Company Strategy and Business needs.
The Role:
- Facilitate development and implementation of Competencies standard, Competency assessment, Competency matrix, Development need analysis, Individual development plan & implementation.
- Support development & implementation of employee competency development framework & method.
- Lead, facilitate and evaluate full cycle of training deployment from Training Need Analysis (TNA), Module development, Training method & delivery (including training support & logistic) and Training evaluation.
- Use best practice knowledge from external market to help guide internal policies and interventions on Learning & Development related matters.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree (S1) from Psychology or Education or Human Resource Management, with GPA min 3.00, from Reputable University
- Have minimum 10 years experiences on Learning & Development from Manufacturing industry or FMCG
- Have a certification and experience as a trainer will be a plus point
- Have a positive, proactive growth mindset. Confident with articulate communications skills, able to interact effectively with people at all levels in the organization
- Willing to travel outside Jakarta (if needed)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Willing to take part in the Recruitment process and Work Placement in Cakung, East Jakarta
