Responsible for ensuring operational premix inspection activities comply with required rules.

1. Conducting mixing process checks and providing premix status before transferring to storage for further processing.
2. Recording the results of premix analysis on job mixing and making a report of the analysis results on the semi-finish inspection form.
3. Carry out control and inspection of the completeness of job mixing.
4. Issuing an NCR if the mixing results or products do not meet the specified specifications and carrying out problem solving on the root cause of the problem.
5. Carry out control and calibration of all laboratory equipment used and be responsible for the calibration results.
6. Carrying out the process of ordering and controlling reagent stock in all Semifinish Labs.
7. Responsible for the work results of each subordinates.
8. Implementing 5R and K3 programs. Ensure documents.

1. Minimal Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Chemistry/Chemical Analyst/Chemical Engineering, with minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00

2. Experienced in working as a Lab Analyst or Quality Control in FMCG industry

3. Familiar with CPKB and PKRT

4. Able to operate Ms. Office, Email, Cloud based files, and SAP

5. Able to operate Lab Instruments

6. Communicative, Creative, Honest, Discipline, and Responsible

7. Willing to follow recruitment process and be place in Cakung, East Jakarta

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 3 Shifts

*) Monday to Friday:

• Shift 1: 6AM - 2PM

• Shift 2: 2PM - 10PM

• Shift 3: 10PM - 6AM

*) Saturday:

• Shift 1: 6AM - 11AM

• Shift 2: 11AM - 4PM

• Shift 3: 4PM - 9PM
