Responsible for carrying out the production process and ensuring the implementation of product quality procedures as determined by the Company.

• Responsible for the implementation of the production process and minimize the occurrence of waste and process failures
• Make a weekly production work plan with PPIC, and describe and control it into a daily work plan
• Delegating production work plans, reviewing and validating the work of the production team regarding production report creation
• Coordinate with other departments related to the production process
• Improve the Skill & Knowledge of the production team.
• Ensuring company regulations 5R, K3, SOP can run well.
• Organizing the execution/implementation of ISO 9001:2018, ISO 14001:2018, HAS 230000 procedures in the Production department
• Perform all tasks related to production activities.

• Diploma 3 (D3) or Bachelor (S1) - Mechanical or Electrical or Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Fresh Graduate or 2 years work experience in FMCG production
• Willing to work Shift (3-Shift): Monday to Saturday
  Monday to Friday: Shift 1: 6 am to 2 pm, Shift 2: 2 pm to 10 pm, Shift 3: 10 pm to 6 am
  Saturday: Shift 1: 6 am to 11 am, Shift 2: 11 am to 4 pm, Shift 3: 4 pm to 9 pm
