- Capable of
troubleshooting piston or screw compressors
- Can read the image of
compressor spare parts
- Mastering air
compressor piping installation techniques
- Have an understanding
of repairing AIR COMPRESSOR, both piston compressors and screw compressors
- Responsible for every
repair and maintenance of production support tools
- Carry out the work in accordance with existing standards in the work environment, such as: ISO 9001, 14001, K3, and 5S
- Take full

The Role:
Infrastructure management and operation:
Perform the management and operation of infrastructures such as electricity operation
Participate in the establishment of energy saving strategies via efficient operation of infrastructures- Controlling and ensuring all utilities are functioning properly.Controlling and ensuring all installations Water Treatment units, Electric Power Supply, Engine Compressors, Boilers, Hydrant functioning properly
Requirement:
- Minimal Diploma Degree (D3) - Electrical Engineering (High or Low Voltage) or Mechanical Engineering, with minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum 2 years Working Experience as an Air Compressor Technician (Screw)
- Love to work in the field (Production Plant)
- Meticulous, Focus, and Not easily bored
- Familiar with Excel, Power Point, and SAP preferably
- Strong Leadership, Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Good personality and attitude, Good Project Management, Good Time Management, Good analytic, High initiative, Proactive, Problem Solver, High Emotional intelligence, Strong experience working in a dynamic environment is a powerful advantage
- Resilient person with Integrity, Positive Thinking, Dynamic (Active, Persuasive, Confident & Independent), Innovate, Discipline, Love a Challenge and Learn New Things, and Healthy in Physical and Spiritual
- Willing to Work Under-Pressure, Work Overtime, Handling complex work, and Able to Working individually and team
- Working Hours: (NON-Shift, Monday to Saturday)
- Monday to Friday (Break 1 Hour) : 8:00 to 16:00
