Learning program by various projects (Learning by doing) from Top Management for High Qualified Fresh graduates "To be a Leader", who will be assigned to different divisions within a certain period of time determined by the Company to find the best potential that have, to be promoted to Managerial Position in a shorter period of time.

The Role:

  • Handling project request from Top Management directly
  • Analyzing system, problem solving, and reporting to Top Management
  • Controlling Projects for each divisions

Requirement:

  • Fresh Graduate 
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) - Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Mechatronics or Business Studies, from Reputable University, with GPA min 3.00
  • Overseas graduates preferably
  • Familiar with Excel and Power Point, and Basic SAP knowledge preferably
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Strong Leadership, Good personality and Attitude, Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills, High initiative, Negotiation, Diplomacy Expertise, Good Project Management, Good Time Management, Good analytic, Proactive, Problem Solver, High Emotional intelligence, Strong experience working and organizing in a dynamic environment is a powerful advantage
  • Resilient person with Integrity, Flexibe, Be open to other ideas and input, Positive thinking, Dynamic (Active, Persuasive, Confident & Independent), Innovate, Discipline, Meticulous, Love a Challenge and Learn New Things, and Healthy in Physical and Spiritual
  • Willing to Work under-pressure, Work Overtime, Handling complex work, and Able to Working individually and team
  • Working hours: (Monday to Saturday, and Monday to Friday)
    Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 16:00, and Saturday: 08:00 - 13:00, and
    Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
    (Note: Work hours change once a week)
